1. Services
RapidRabbit provides apparel development services including Tech Pack Design, CLO 3D Simulation, and paid consultation packages (Quick Ask $5, Project Scoping $49, Deep Dive $149). All deliverables are digital unless otherwise agreed. Consultations are conducted via video call or email based on the package purchased.
2. Payments
All consultation packages are paid in full upfront via Stripe at the time of booking. For custom Tech Pack and CLO 3D projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. Prices are in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your payment provider.
3. Booking & Scheduling
After payment, you will receive a scheduling link within 24 hours. You must book your session within 14 days of purchase. If you do not book within this window, your purchase expires and is non-refundable unless we are at fault for the delay. Rescheduling is allowed once if done at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
4. Project Engagement
Custom projects begin after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and fees in writing (email or signed proposal). The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate design briefs, reference materials, measurements, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client response may extend the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions
Each custom project includes up to two revision rounds at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must fall within the originally agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at $75/hour. Consultation packages do not include post-session revisions except where explicitly stated (Deep Dive includes one action-plan revision).
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered files (tech packs, 3D simulations, and any custom documentation). RapidRabbit retains the right to use non-confidential, anonymized portions of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a signed non-disclosure agreement is in place.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials, designs, and business information as confidential. We do not share your project details with third parties. NDA agreements are available upon request at no charge for Deep Dive and custom project clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
RapidRabbit's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We provide advisory and documentation services; we are not liable for manufacturing errors, fabric performance, fit issues, or production problems arising from factory interpretation of delivered documentation. Always conduct a pre-production sample before full production runs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation before any legal action is taken.
