Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all consultation packages purchased through our website: Quick Ask ($5), Project Scoping ($49), and Deep Dive ($149). It also applies to Tech Pack Design and CLO 3D Simulation project deposits. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Consultation Packages — Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if we cannot schedule your call or deliver your written answer within the promised timeframe (24 hours for Quick Ask, 48 hours for Project Scoping and Deep Dive). Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval to your original payment method.
Consultation Packages — Cancellation by You
If you cancel a booked consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the call are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no extra cost. No-shows without notice forfeit the session fee.
Project Deposits (Tech Pack / CLO 3D)
Project deposits are 50% of the quoted fee. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is fully refundable minus any Stripe processing fees (typically 3-4%). Once work has commenced ( sketches drafted or 3D model started), deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a Deep Dive audit, we offer one revision on the action plan at no charge. If the issue persists, we will refund 50% of the audit fee. Quick Ask and Project Scoping are advisory services; outcomes depend on the complexity of your question or project scope.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@therapidrabbit.com with your payment receipt and reason for the refund. We review every request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original card or account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
